Our new bonus program

"Check Back" is the Red Bulls bonus program. It's an easy way to get hold of exclusive coupons. We explain how it works.

How about exclusive merchandise that can only be purchased via Check Back? Or gamers, sticks and pucks? You can also always look forward to various ticket promotions.

How to register with Check Back

With Check Back, all purchases you make in our fan stores or at the kiosks in the SAP Garden will be rewarded. Log in to the app and go to the "My RBM" area. There you will find your individual barcode for Check Back. This is your ticket to the bonus program.

How to collect points

Show your barcode every time you make a purchase at the above-mentioned points of sale and collect points. You will receive the first 250 points as a welcome bonus.

How to redeem your points

You can always find the latest offers in our "Coupon Shop" in the app. Once you have saved enough points for your desired coupon, you can click on it to receive all the necessary information such as availability, quantity and validity. Once you have purchased the coupon with your points, you will find it in the "My coupons" section. Now follow the description of how and where you can redeem your reward - and you're done.

In any case, we can hardly wait and are delighted that the first Advent is already coming up on Sunday (December 1). We have come up with something very special for you for this year's Advent season: The Check Back Advent calendar, which is exclusive to our bonus program.

Every day at 10:00 a.m., we open an Advent door via our social media channels. The corresponding coupon is then always available from 5:00 p.m. in our Check Back bonus program. We don't want to give too much away, but one thing is for sure: behind every door is a special highlight that you definitely shouldn't miss.
