Defender Ryan McKiernan leaves the Red Bulls// PERSONNELFollowing the departures of Ben Street, Austin Ortega, Adam Almquist and Thomas Heigl, EHC Red Bull München is parting ways with another player. Ryan McKiernan will no longer wear the Red Bulls' jersey in the 2024/25 season.
The 34-year-old McKiernan joined Munich in the summer of 2022 and won the German championship with the Red Bulls in his very first season. In the past two seasons, the right winger has worn the jersey of the four-time German champions a total of 140 times in the Champions League and the PENNY DEL (12 goals, 31 assists).
EHC Red Bull München would like to thank McKiernan for his commitment and achievements and wishes him all the best and every success in his sporting and personal life. Talks with other players are ongoing.
