“Thanks to the wide range of equipment and the large training area, everyone can now complete their training without restrictions. Although everyone has individual training requirements, there are now more options for varying these according to weight or equipment,” emphasizes our number 11, Markus Eisenschmid. ‘This is an additional, great motivation for everyone,’ reveals the striker.
Ideal equipment in the state-of-the-art fitness room
The spacious fitness room offers a variety of state-of-the-art training equipment that is perfectly tailored to the specific requirements of professional sports. Among other things, this includes the IC7 indoor cycles and the Hammer ID racks from our Bulls Business Sphere Premium member, Life Fitness Europe GmbH. Whether strength, speed or endurance training – the players will find everything they need to maximize their performance and prepare for the upcoming games in the best possible way.
One of the new fitness area's highlights is the 60-meter running track, which offers the team, under the direction of trainer Max Kaltenhauser, ideal conditions for sprint and speed training. The new training area also has its own bouldering facility.
First to the gym, then onto the ice
Before the Red Bulls take to the ice on match days, they warm up in the gym. In addition to a session on the bike and individual coordination and stretching exercises, football is also part of the Red Bulls' warm-up routine.
