Accreditation
-------------------------------------------------
Information for the game RBM vs. BUF
Please note that the accreditation deadline for the opening game at the SAP Garden between EHC Red Bull München and the Buffalo Sabres is September 13. Applications for accreditation received after this date can no longer be considered.
-------------------------------------------------
General information
Accredited media representatives will receive a confirmation e-mail with all access data.
In principle, only full-time sports journalists and sports photographers who can present a national press card from a professional association and an editorial assignment upon request are entitled to accreditation. The mere possession of a press card is not automatically sufficient for accreditation. In addition, the accredited photographer undertakes to comply with the photographer work areas designated by the DEL and Red Bull München and to position the equipment brought along in such a way that it does not endanger other persons.
The accreditation period for individual matches generally ends three working days before the match day in question; other accreditation periods are possible.
Please always wear your accreditation visibly in the stadium. Accreditation applications that are not completed truthfully or violations of the accreditation guidelines by the applicant will result in the subsequent withdrawal of accreditation. Further steps, such as the future rejection of accreditation requests, are possible.
Information for photographers
Due to the implementation regulations of the German Ice Hockey League (PENNY DEL) and Red Bull München Stadion GmbH, all photographers taking photos in the SAP Garden in the area between the players' benches must wear a helmet that complies with the guidelines. The helmet must be carried by the photographer.
All photographers must wear a media badge when entering the stadium. The media badge will be handed out with the accreditation documents. Please note that we will retain a suitable ID document as security, which will be returned to you once the media badge has been returned.
Furthermore, as a precautionary measure, we would like to point out that only FOUR photographers are allowed to take pictures at the perimeter between the players' benches at the same time. Red Bull München reserves the right to decide which colleagues may use this area.
Procedure
After submitting the form, an automatic confirmation of receipt is sent by e-mail. The application will then be checked. An acceptance or rejection will be communicated by e-mail in good time before the start of the match.
Collection
Media representatives can collect their accreditation on match day on presentation of an ID card or press card.
Utilization
Accreditation entitles the holder to use a permanently assigned workstation in one of the defined work areas. Accreditation does not automatically entitle the holder to enter the ice rink or the hospitality areas.
