Be there when our team - including new signings - takes to the pitch in their new jerseys for the first time.The Red Bulls Salute traditionally marks the start of the new season. This also means that our new signings get to play with the new team for the first time. "I'm really excited to finally get out on the ice and wear the Red Bulls jersey for the first time. I can hardly wait," explains Tobias Rieder.
In Zell am See-Kaprun, the 31-year-old will not only celebrate his debut with coach Toni Söderholm's team, it will also be his first chance to get to know the fans better. "I'm really looking forward to that too. The fans can expect an exciting season - and the Red Bulls Salute is the perfect way to kick it off," says our new number 8, who will be reunited with former club Växjo Lakers.

You can already get a first impression of Zell am See-Kaprun and what awaits the fans and players in this beautiful setting in our video. In various challenges, Munich's Sten Fischer and Quirin Bader compete with the two Red Bull Salzburg pros Luca Auer and Lukas Schreier and test the possibilities on site.

The 17th edition of the Red Bulls Salute will once again feature a high concentration of top players. In addition to the hosts Red Bull München and EC Red Bull Salzburg, the ten-time Swiss champions ZSC Lions from Zurich will also be competing.
The top-class field of participants is completed by the Växjö Lakers, for whom Rieder has scored goals in the past two years. The four-time Swedish champions - one title in 2023 with Rieder - are celebrating their debut at the international invitational tournament. The game will once again be played in the KE KELIT Arena, the home of EK Die Zeller Eisbären, which seats 2,600 spectators. And you can be there!
Ticket offers
Decide for yourself whether you want to experience the entire weekend, a single day or selected matches live on site. There are various ticket bundles to choose from, with prices ranging from 10 to 80 euros. This allows you to put together your own personalised plan for the international invitational tournament. And best of all: Red Bulls season ticket holders receive a 20 per cent discount on all tickets. Our season ticket holders will receive the codes automatically by e-mail.

Seated day ticket: 45 euros (children up to 13 years: 27 euros)
Seat all games: 80 Euro (children up to 13 years: 50 Euro)
The tournament
The Red Bulls Salute will be opened on 16 August at 16:00 by EHC Red Bull München and the Växjö Lakers. Salzburg and Zurich will then battle it out for the second ticket to the final at 19:30. The winners of the two semi-finals will then fight for the title in the final on 17 August at 19:00. Before that, the small final for third place will take place at 15:00.
