Last test game fixed: Red Bulls meet Pardubice in Bad Tölz at the end of AugustSix Munich players return to their old place of work// NEWSEHC Red Bull München will play a test game against six-time Czech champions Dynamo Pardubice in Bad Tölz (Hacker-Pschorr-Arena) on 28 August. The game starts at 19:30, the proceeds will go to the organizing Oberliga club Tölzer Löwen.

This means that all the Red Bulls' game dates before the start of the 2024/25 DEL season have been set. The players of the four-time DEL winners from Munich will be seen for the first time on August 16 and 17 at the international invitational tournament Red Bulls Salute in Zell am See/Kaprun, Austria.

This will be followed a week later by two preparation games as part of the Lehner Cup in Sursee, Switzerland (August 24/25). The team will then continue on Bavarian soil with a test match in Bad Tölz (August 28) before the final two preparation matches at the Energie Steiermark Trophy in Graz, Austria, on September 6 and 7.

Tickets for the test in Bad Tölz, just 50 kilometers from Munich, are available for between 10 (standing room) and 15 euros (seated). Tickets for this game go on sale on July 1 and can be purchased on the Tölzer Löwen website.

For six Munich professionals, the match in the Hacker-Pschorr-Arena is a return to the place where they played in their younger days. This is also the case for Bad Tölz native Konrad Abeltshauser, who learned to play ice hockey in his home town and played for many years in the EC Bad Tölz junior team. For the 31-year-old, it would even be "a childhood dream" to "play for the Tölzer Löwen again" at the end of his career. The test game on August 28 could therefore be an early comeback at his old place of work.
