The Munich-based company will remain the official bus partner of the four-time German champions until at least 2028.The Red Bulls have been traveling in buses from the company, founded in 1890, since 2004. Patrick Hager and his teammates currently travel to away games in a 14-meter-long, four-meter-high Setra TopClass S 531 DT double-decker.
The unmistakable design of the 510-hp vehicle includes the Münchner Club logo, four championship trophies and three red bulls at the rear of the team bus. By the way: Not only the professionals are transported safely to the away matches, but also the approximately 350 junior players of the Rookie Bulls travel in buses from our partner Autobus Oberbayern.

“It's incredible that we've been their bus partner for over 20 years now,” says Nico Schoenecker. For the CEO of the long-established company, ‘EHC Red Bull München is a real success story’. The fact that the team continues to travel with Autobus Oberbayern is ‘real proof of their trust’.
As professionals in the field of passenger transport logistics, his company will “continue to do its part to ensure that the team travels successfully throughout Germany and Europe – with the aim of bringing as many titles as possible to München in the years to come”.
For Christian Winkler, Managing Director of Sports Red Bull Ice Hockey, the collaboration “goes far beyond a partnership”. Over the decades, “real friendships have developed”. Together they have “covered many hundreds of thousands of kilometers on the roads of Europe”. “The preparations for the game begin on the team bus,” says Winkler, which is why Autobus Oberbayern is “an indispensable part of our team and our success story”.

The vehicle from Autobus Oberbayern offers all the amenities of a modern coach and provides pure comfort on two decks. Small snacks can be prepared in the on-board kitchen, while the refrigerator in the striking Red Bull design provides the necessary refreshment. The infotainment system on several screens ensures action away from the ice rink. USB ports at each row of seats enable unlimited surfing with a smartphone, tablet or laptop via the integrated Wi-Fi hotspot.
Numerous assistance systems such as the emergency brake assistant, adaptive cruise control and lane keeping assistant ensure a safe journey at all times. And the coaches can prepare perfectly for the next game at the four height-adjustable tables on the lower deck.
