How to register for Check Back

With Check Back, all purchases made in our Bull Shops in the Olympia-Eisstadion or in the fan store on the stadium forecourt will be rewarded with immediate effect. First download the latest update version of our app. Then log in to the app and go to the "My RBM" section. After registering once, you will find your individual barcode for Check Back. This is your ticket to the new bonus program.

How to collect points

Show your barcode every time you make a purchase at the sales points mentioned above and collect points. In addition, season ticket holders who register by our home game on October 1 against the Löwen Frankfurt will receive the one-time welcome bonus of 250 points twice. Loyalty is rewarded: fans who have been season ticket holders for ten years will even receive triple the bonus if they register by the deadline mentioned. This will be transferred to the account by October 6.

How to redeem your points

You can always find the latest offers in our "Coupon Shop" in the app. If you have saved enough points for your desired coupon, you will receive all necessary information such as availability, quantity and validity by clicking on it. Once you have purchased the coupon with your points, you will find it in the "My Coupons" section. Now follow the description of how and where you can redeem your bonus - and you're done.
