Gameplay
The Red Bulls with fast, creative field hockey and a lot of pressure on the goal of Cody Brenner. In the 44th minute, the Steelers suddenly cheered after Chase Berger's tying goal. Bietigheim hoped, but Smith became the spoiler. The Red Bulls' assistant captain made it 3:1 (48th) and took the wind out of the sails of the bottom team. Munich left no stone unturned and made it clear in the 59th minute: Ortega scored an empty-net goal to make it 4:1, before Smith scored his third goal - Brenner was back in the box - to make it 5:1.
