The main reason for this is once again the home strength. While things did not go as planned in the Helios Arena at the start of the season, this should change from mid-October. In other words: Schwenningen have scored in eleven of their last twelve games at home and currently have five wins in a row.
Wild Wings strong at home at the end
The Wild Wings are on fire at home, especially in the third period, as 25 goals scored in the final 20 minutes is a league-best. It's not for nothing that the team from Neckarstadt pulls away late in many close games on the smallest ice surface in the PENNY DEL. Either Zach Senyshyn or Tyson Spink often have a hand in this. The two hitters already have 17 and 16 goals for the season.
New addition with plenty of NHL experience
The offensive department will now also be supported by Brett Ritchie, who moved from HK Nitra in Slovakia to Schwenningen a few days ago. The NHL-experienced winger (401 games in the best league in the world, 87 points) made his debut on Friday and will celebrate his home debut against us.
