Last game before the Germany Cup break

// DEL - HIGHLIGHTS
Around seven weeks have passed since then and more than a quarter of the main round has been completed. Now the last game before the Germany Cup (November 8 to 12) is on the agenda for both teams. "I'm expecting a very competitive game against Düsseldorf," says our defender Dominik Bittner and adds: "They're at the bottom, although they have higher ambitions and the necessary quality to continue playing at the top. DEG will be hungry and determined."
Bad luck with injuries strikes
Coach Thomas Dolak's team is currently stuck in the basement of the table, partly due to a number of injury-related absences. Top defender Kyle Cumiskey and goal scorer Brendan O'Donnell have not even been on the ice yet, while attacker Stephen MacAulay is likely to miss the entire season due to a cruciate ligament rupture.

A replacement was needed, but defender Luke Green, who was re-signed at the beginning of October, is also unavailable due to injury. At least Kenny Agostino, who has already scored in double figures, has been the hoped-for reinforcement in attack since the end of September. Agostino contributed an assist in the 3:2 win against Mannheim on Friday evening.
Honors for Bittner, Krämmer completes 600
The home game against DEG will be a very special one for Dominik Bittner. The 31-year-old will play his 500th DEL game on Sunday and will be honored on the occasion of this special milestone on the ice. Forward Nico Krämmer will make his 600th appearance in Germany's top division.
Note: Official honors at Red Bull Munich are awarded for 500, 750 and 1000 games played.
