Kilian and his brother Magnus, both 6 years old, were able to meet their role models on the ice at the CheckerBande's annual kick-off and get their autographs and a few tips. Afterwards, they were also able to ask Maximilian Kastner and Mathias Niederberger their questions at the children's press conference (children's press conference).
A big wish came true for Christian, 11, in January: he was allowed to ride on the Red Bulls team bus to his first tournament on Hockey Day.
In November, the members of the CheckerBande had the opportunity to get an idea of the Red Bulls' new home. In the SAP Garden Experience Center, they were first given some information and then watched a film to test out the stadium seats. Raphael, 11 years old: "Wow, what the Experience Center has to offer and what a great stadium we're getting. It was very interesting and I'm really looking forward to it."

On the ice together - the CheckerBande's annual kick-off
The CheckerBande started the new year together at the beginning of January. Anyone who wanted to could join the team on the ice after the official team training session. There they skated, shot and gambled together. Of course, the Red Bulls' numerous professionals, who took a lot of time for the children, were on hand to give them a tip or two.
This was followed by a children's press conference, including an autograph session with Dominik Bittner and Maxi Kastner. You can find out what questions the 60 or so members had in mind here.
