During the tour, the trio talked about the importance of the multifunctional sports arena for the city and sports, among other things.

Dieter Reiter, Lord Mayor of the City of Munich: "I'm really looking forward to when the SAP Garden is finished. Here, the games will have even more atmosphere than before. Red Bull is providing us with a new, state-of-the-art stadium here for various sports, which is insane. It's a good fit for Munich. We are always at the forefront of innovation. In addition, the SAP Garden offers the opportunity to further develop popular sports with three large ice rinks. In the future, all Munich residents will also be able to enjoy skating in such a great stadium here."

Hager: "Want to attract people to the new stadium"

EHC Red Bull München will play its home matches in the SAP Garden from the 2024/25 season. The city of Munich is one of the anchor tenants of the multifunctional sports arena.

Patrick Hager, captain of EHC Red Bull München: "We now have to be patient for another year and step on the gas in our venerable arena. And then the whole of Munich - and especially our fans - can look forward to the superlative SAP Garden. We also want to attract people to the new stadium who may not have been there before. Who are looking for the event and stay for the sport."
